Rebecca picked up her book smarts from Haas School of Business located at U.C. Berkeley University, California, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with a double emphasis in Accounting & Marketing. After college she acquired a CPA (not currently active) while working as an auditor for Ernst & Young. After holding several finance related roles, she moved over into Human Resources and Compensation in 1999, and has developed a wide variety of street smarts working in various HR leadership and compensation roles.
