Rebecca (who also goes by "RJ") has a unique combination of both analytical and communication skills that allow her to advise, design and explain reward and compensation programs that make sense to people.


Street Smart + book smart

Rebecca picked up her book smarts from Haas School of Business located at U.C. Berkeley University, California, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with a double emphasis in Accounting & Marketing.  After college she acquired a CPA (not currently active) while working as an auditor for Ernst & Young.  After holding several finance related roles, she moved over into Human Resources and Compensation in 1999, and has developed a wide variety of street smarts working in various HR leadership and compensation roles.  She started her own private consulting practice in 2006.  Her areas of focus and expertise are:
